Finally Great Customer Service! I had made several calls to Frontier without any assistance until I encountered Kylie. She answered the phone promptly and not only was she able to answer all of my questions, but she also exhibited great Customer Service! Excellent Customer service (reference number 57922684) Samuel was very professional and he executed today on fixing and updating my flight itinerary! Not many representatives can understand and fix the issues upon booking!Not only did he listen to me he also explained to me the changes that could b made! She honestly saved our lives this day and I couldn't be more pleased with her customer service. We did get disconnected but unlike other agencies she was sure to call me right back to finish my transaction it took about an hour on the phone but she was patient and attentive.
