Above and beyond What I particularly appreciate is that our agent put up with a lot of hemming and hawing on our part, and was ready to help over a holiday weekend when he undoubtedly had many other things to do. Communications from him were polite, prompt, and informed. Our ticket purchase was greatly facilitated.

Usa with connecting in Delhi had to spend 5-1/2 hrs + delayed flt in common area - better off buying Indigo or AI
