Travelers Beware! Traveler, BEWARE! I booked (with Travis) two round-trip Business Class tickets to the Philippines for a one-year stay. He explained that the return flight could only be booked six months out from the outbound flight and promised that CEOFLIGHTS would "rebook" that flight when we were 6-7 months out - with only a $300/ticket change fee. We've reached that point and when I contacted Travis, he responded that the rebooking was no longer an option (due to changes "by Philippine Airlines"). We are now expected to pay an additional $4,600 for our return flight. A company that won't stand behind their promises is a company to be avoided!!!

Alexis has been very responsive and… Alexis has been very responsive and helpful with all the ticketing for us. She has been super available at all hours even though she is based out of Europe. The pricing is very reasonable for Business Class. Hoping the flights will be good experiences as well. Also hope our seat selection can be made in advance of the flights...

Trinity Torre rocks! Trinity Torre is our agent. Every day she diligently watched the EVA flight to Vietnam to snap up one of the business seats as soon as it became available. I felt she was as invested in getting the seat as we were and we very much appreciated the time she spent to get that seat. Besides, she is kind and patient and was careful to keep us informed which lessened our anxiety that we might not get the seat.

Super excellent service! Manu Alps was my agent and he was fabulous. I had a difficult trip to plan and the flights were not easy to acquire.
