GBI had nonrefundable tickets and… I had nonrefundable tickets and suddenly a date was set to spread my father's ashes, during my trip to Vegas. I've had to reschedule everything and was looking at losing 246 dollars because of all this. The agent Leslie helped me get the tickets rescheduled and I even got better seats. She was so helpful, I'm so excited to vist Vegas for the first time.

GBWow!!! Wow! The website is easy to use and when I had to cancel my reservation, it was quick, easy and painless to call the 800 number. I had the friendliest customer service agent Jessica who was awesome. I'm so impressed!

GBI wanted to make reservations to an Area 15 attraction... I wanted to make reservations to an attraction in Las Vegas and Jessica, the Vegas.com concierge was excellent and made the process simple. She found the attraction I was interested in and found me the best deal.
