GBI bought two tickets I bought two tickets. I was then informed that my daughter and son-in-law wanted to go. I tried to going back online and revise my order but wasn’t able to… Update: I received a email requesting my contact information, which I included with my response. I was quickly notified by phone by Tammi, a Vegas.com representative. She quickly resolved my issue with a friendly attitude and of the highest professionalism. My rating is now 5 stars due to the excellent customer service.

GBWow!!! Wow! The website is easy to use and when I had to cancel my reservation, it was quick, easy and painless to call the 800 number. I had the friendliest customer service agent Jessica who was awesome. I'm so impressed!

GBI’ve tried to get a hold of customer… I’ve tried to get a hold of customer service 3 different ways and have twice been told it is closed during published hours and then the virtual assistant wasn’t running and then the customer service number tried to sell me something and wouldn’t let me through. Terrible service. Worried this package is a hoax. Will never work with you again.

GBGood place to find what is available at discounted prices on shows and attractions Good website to find what is happening at discounted prices for shows and attractions. We especially like that a date range can narrow down what is available when you travel to Vegas. Not all shows are available on the site. Hard to get shows are impossible to get here. But good for filler events during your visit.
