Wow!!! Wow! The website is easy to use and when I had to cancel my reservation, it was quick, easy and painless to call the 800 number. I had the friendliest customer service agent Jessica who was awesome. I'm so impressed!

Still good weather in that desert. Ms. Crystal was sensational over the telephone with me. She was very calm, informative and no noisy clutter chaos in background which was a welcome relief. I look forward to these jaunts to Nevada and am happy to do business w/vegas.com am glad it is there. Even hearing the different reasons for those dreaded resort fee's gets entertaining when most folks feel resort fee's are to help pay off Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena and the A's new baseball field. Keep up the good work. I will be back.

Easy to understand terms & I like that… Easy to understand terms & I like that the passes are valid for more than one day. It printed easily also because I don't use phone apps for purchases often.
