GBI wanted to make reservations to an Area 15 attraction... I wanted to make reservations to an attraction in Las Vegas and Jessica, the Vegas.com concierge was excellent and made the process simple. She found the attraction I was interested in and found me the best deal.

GBStill good weather in that desert. Ms. Crystal was sensational over the telephone with me. She was very calm, informative and no noisy clutter chaos in background which was a welcome relief. I look forward to these jaunts to Nevada and am happy to do business w/vegas.com am glad it is there. Even hearing the different reasons for those dreaded resort fee's gets entertaining when most folks feel resort fee's are to help pay off Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena and the A's new baseball field. GBI had nonrefundable tickets and… I had nonrefundable tickets and suddenly a date was set to spread my father's ashes, during my trip to Vegas. I've had to reschedule everything and was looking at losing 246 dollars because of all this. The agent Leslie helped me get the tickets rescheduled and I even got better seats. She was so helpful, I'm so excited to vist Vegas for the first time.
