USI’ve tried to get a hold of customer… I’ve tried to get a hold of customer service 3 different ways and have twice been told it is closed during published hours and then the virtual assistant wasn’t running and then the customer service number tried to sell me something and wouldn’t let me through. Terrible service. Worried this package is a hoax. Will never work with you again.

USI wanted to make reservations to an Area 15 attraction... I wanted to make reservations to an attraction in Las Vegas and Jessica, the Vegas.com concierge was excellent and made the process simple. She found the attraction I was interested in and found me the best deal.
