GBThe lot was as advertised The lot was as advertised! We parked our car and the shuttle immediately met us at our car and assisted loading the bags. When we returned from our flight, there was a shuttle waiting. We loaded the shuttle and it immediately took off and dropped us at our parked car! A++

GBEasy to find the parking lot from the… Easy to find the parking lot from the road. Employees and drivers were courteous and helpful, loaded our bags, asked us for the terminal and helped us unload for our flight. Upon return, the shuttle arrived within ten minutes of our call, and dropped us off directly at our car, and the driver unloaded our bags. Excellent service!

GBEverything was very smooth and I would… Everything was very smooth and I would generally recommend. The one downside is that I wanted for a shuttle outside, where they require you to wait, for over 30 minutes. I called after waiting for 20 minutes to ask where they were, and it took another 15 minutes for them to show up. Note - it takes about 8 minutes to get from Terminal A to the parking lot and takes about 11 minutes to get from the parking lot to Terminal A. I mention this because it still took 15 minutes after I called for them to show up. This was not a fun part after my trip, but I would still use them again as they are pretty convenient.

GBSatisfactory experience The location in Newark for this off-site parking is poor. But, the facility is fine. And, the shuttle service was very good.
