There were so many historical, cultural, and mythological related events presented in front of the tourists’ eyes. Ms Ann Tsao, our guide, gave us detail information on various scenic spots and structures. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She was young and working by learning in the field of tourism. If there is a chance to show her improvement of people skill and relationship will be a big plus to her potential in her career. A well balance of beautiful scenery, upgraded accommodations, guided information, harmonious group relationship and safety will consist of a successful and pleasant tour. Spain and Portugal Trip We have participated in the Spain and Portugal trip on April 18, 2024. This was the first time we joined the Peony tour and we were very satisfied with the whole trip. Especially with our tour lead, Wei Chen, he was a great tour lead. He was very knowledgeable, humorous, and with great concern to us. We will definitely join the Peony tour again in the future.

Loved our tour guide! I have participated in several tours organized by other travel agencies, and I deeply feel that the tour guide plays a very important role in the success of a tour group. This time I participated in the Peony Tours Eastern Europe tour, and I was lucky enough to have Nathan as my tour guide. During the 10-day tour, Nathan explained with clear articulation and knowledge of every site we visited. It made us feel like we were listening to stories every day. After listening to the stories, people inevitably asked questions, and Nathan also answered the questions one by one. When traveling, it was inevitable that unexpected situations would arise. Nathan solved the problems one by one with a calm and rational attitude which made me want to say: "I have never encountered such an amazing tour guide before." Very pleasant, enjoyable and informative tour! This is the Greece trip, 03/29 - 04/09/24. The tour leader Ann was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, organized, hardworking and supportive to the group members. The sightseeing spots were well represented, the accommodations (hotel and meals) were well chosen, and the travel routes were well planned. We started using Peony Tours since 2001. We have been very happy with this tour company and will definitely use it again!
