The combo deal was a win, however the voucher was not The combo deal was a win, and we liked saving the $40. However, we didn't know that the Anakeesta ticket was a "voucher" and not a ticket. This required us standing in a significantly longer line with the general public buying tickets. The $40 savings was not worth the additional time required to wait in line to get our official tickets. Knowing that we'd still need to stand in the general line would have helped us budget for additional time. Thank you for hearing this feedback.

Not user friendly I ordered my reservation easy enough. She told me to follow the instructions to replace my name on each Disneyland ticket to my other three guest’s. I’ve been trying to figure this out, but I’m totally lost. You need to make your website more user friendly. I’m lost on how to do this Susan Lett

Great discounts on package deals! The online site for tripster is very easy to use. I loved how they had package deals and the discounts we saved was wonderful for my family. We are so excited to go on this trip already planned on what we are going to do, it's very convenient. Thank you tripster for the holiday discounts as well!

Funky website, helpful call center The website was being difficult and not letting me place my order no matter what. I tried emailing CS but they just told me to use a different card and email, I tried both, but still no go. I didn't want to give up, as I wanted to save money on these experiences, so I called. THANKFULLY the rep was willing to try, and it worked! So something funky is going on with the billing on the website, but they were able to secure the order by phone.
