JMAvoid - Dishonest Customer Service This is a consolidator website out of FL that does bookings for various tour companies. Their customer service is awful and dishonest. If you can call and book directly with the actual tour operator do that. We made a booking and after hitting send realized we need to modify. We called them within 2 minutes. They charged us 100% fee - effectively there's not cancellation or change permitted. They do not make that clear up front in their FAQs. There is only a 48 cancellation fee notice in the order confirmation which is received AFTER the sale. Very dishonorable and dishonest. Also wasted time giving us the runaround and refusing to answer the phone. Avoid at all costs.

GBThis is a must of Chicago This is a must of Chicago, our group did the 8pm tour and it was fantastic! Avery was an absolute must MUST tour guide. The way he is telling the historical tales are truly entertaining. Learning about the past and present Chicago all at once. Avery also does a tasteful job at bringing comedic touches and to the historical stories as well as the wonderful people we get to see along the walking tour. Highly recommend for anyone going to Chicago. This company is also EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. We had a large group and some tickets were purchased at wrong date/time. When calling they had no problem changing them.

GBDisappointing…. Disappointing…. From the moment I booked the Banana Joes Small Group Tour through Cool Destinations was an absolute GONG SHOW.. I received confirmation that I had paid within an hour, but was then told they would contact me to arrange a pick-up time the afternoon before. By 6:00pm I had heard nothing and there began my next 5 hours of phone calls, chats and emails…. On there end, the same spiel.. someone would contact us that night or next morning… obviously I didn’t sleep well as I had heard nothing by 12 when I tried to go to sleep. I set alarm for 7 and still heard nothing (the tour was supposed to start at 8). Luckily I received a what’s app notification from tour guide that he was waiting for us and he gave us 5 minutes to dress and grab the van. We went to next stop and he waited 5 mins for a no-show…. Probably same thing that happened to us. The small group tour was just a crappy uncomfortable van. The guide himself was fine. Once at the Everglades Holiday Park (not the Everglades Park) we were put on a big boat, not the small boat pictured on the website and described as going speeds up to 80… no way.. was a crappy big boat that went maybe 40 and for one short 20 second burst.. the rest of the time (51 minutes not an hour) was spent trying to spot the elusive gator. We finally did at the end of the slow cruise to watch another airboat run it over…What the ??? The only reason I gave 2 stars was the show after which I expected to be crappy was actually well done.. with rescued gators by the Gator Boys… only to go to the snack shop afterwards where they sell Gator bites
