GBBeautiful Informative Cruise The staff was informative and friendly The staff was informative and friendly. The view was beautiful. We loved seeing and hearing about the homes of the rich and famous. We also loved hearing about the history of Ft Lauderdale. This was my 3rd time because I enjoy it so much!

GBOld Louisville Ghost Tour The information about the homes, from when they were built and then through the history, was fascinating, informative and yes scary. Our tour guide Quinton told the stories well with passion and humor where it fit in. I would recommend everyone, especially locals, experience this tour. I would do it again it was so good.

GBDisappointing…. Disappointing…. From the moment I booked the Banana Joes Small Group Tour through Cool Destinations was an absolute GONG SHOW.. I received confirmation that I had paid within an hour, but was then told they would contact me to arrange a pick-up time the afternoon before. By 6:00pm I had heard nothing and there began my next 5 hours of phone calls, chats and emails…. On there end, the same spiel.. someone would contact us that night or next morning… obviously I didn’t sleep well as I had heard nothing by 12 when I tried to go to sleep. I set alarm for 7 and still heard nothing (the tour was supposed to start at 8). Luckily I received a what’s app notification from tour guide that he was waiting for us and he gave us 5 minutes to dress and grab the van. We went to next stop and he waited 5 mins for a no-show…. Probably same thing that happened to us. The small group tour was just a crappy uncomfortable van. The guide himself was fine. Once at the Everglades Holiday Park (not the Everglades Park) we were put on a big boat, not the small boat pictured on the website and described as going speeds up to 80… no way.. was a crappy big boat that went maybe 40 and for one short 20 second burst.. the rest of the time (51 minutes not an hour) was spent trying to spot the elusive gator. We finally did at the end of the slow cruise to watch another airboat run it over…What the ??? The only reason I gave 2 stars was the show after which I expected to be crappy was actually well done.. with rescued gators by the Gator Boys… only to go to the snack shop afterwards where they sell Gator bites
