Disappointing…. Disappointing…. From the moment I booked the Banana Joes Small Group Tour through Cool Destinations was an absolute GONG SHOW.. I received confirmation that I had paid within an hour, but was then told they would contact me to arrange a pick-up time the afternoon before. By 6:00pm I had heard nothing and there began my next 5 hours of phone calls, chats and emails…. On there end, the same spiel.. someone would contact us that night or next morning… obviously I didn’t sleep well as I had heard nothing by 12 when I tried to go to sleep. I set alarm for 7 and still heard nothing (the tour was supposed to start at 8). Luckily I received a what’s app notification from tour guide that he was waiting for us and he gave us 5 minutes to dress and grab the van. We went to next stop and he waited 5 mins for a no-show…. Probably same thing that happened to us. The small group tour was just a crappy uncomfortable van. The guide himself was fine. Once at the Everglades Holiday Park (not the Everglades Park) we were put on a big boat, not the small boat pictured on the website and described as going speeds up to 80… no way.. was a crappy big boat that went maybe 40 and for one short 20 second burst.. the rest of the time (51 minutes not an hour) was spent trying to spot the elusive gator. We finally did at the end of the slow cruise to watch another airboat run it over…What the ??? The only reason I gave 2 stars was the show after which I expected to be crappy was actually well done.. with rescued gators by the Gator Boys… only to go to the snack shop afterwards where they sell Gator bites

Easy to book! Super easy online booking and got all the information necessary for the sailboat cruise. Got reminders and electronic tickets. Overall great experience booking and the cruise was fantastic! Great crew and captain, lots of room… but the drinks were a little spendy!

Great experience Great experience. Our guide was full of knowledge about Marvel movies and other Atlanta places where filming has taken place. He answered all our questions and then some I would highly recommend Chris for your next tour.

Best of Marco Tour Captain Rick was awesome. Gave us a bit of history of the island and fishing. Led us to a group of young dolphins and was able to get them to follow the boat for about 15min. It was great fun. There were 3 couples and the captain. He showed us all through the mangroves and out to see Marco Island beach. We saw a few celebrity homes. I would recommend this trip to everyone. We had a great day. The water does not really get rough at all.
