Not happy with their service at all! Not happy with their service at all! Firstly they took money out of my credit card without my consent and when contacted they claim that they have cancel ticket and money will be refunded but I am still getting emails that your flight is booked. Also when checked with airlines they also confirmed the ticket is not cancelled or refunded. They think everyone is dumb and whatever they will say we will believe. I gave them enough chances but all in vain! Evelyn Gray was the first one I contacted who charged me without my consent and then their supervisor Raymond keep insisting the ticket is cancelled and money will be refunded despite me checking with my credit card company and airlines that the ticket has still not been cancelled. Do not know who to believe! Disappointed!

Exceptional Service and Attention to Detail Mike Taylor did an outstanding job and was very patient while we were picking dates and the best flights. He explained everything and was very helpful. We plan to use Mike again for our Africa trip in September.
