It’s easy to use and it’s also very flexible. For some activities you need to make a reservation, but for most you can just scan your pass and enter the activity. It’s also way cheaper then booking everything separately. Also, the website also offers great discount! This was my second time in NYC and my second time using the pass. This time we also went to other museums and took part of tours. I would recommend this pass to anyone visiting NYC (for the first time)!
