I would suggest just to buy the tickets the day of your visit. We had problem with customers service which was not helpful

Best Pass for New York So much different ways to explore New York and save a lot of money. We will come back and get that Pass again. :-)

We bought the 7 day pass and made sure… We bought the 7 day pass and made sure to use it. We managed to use more then the value of the pass also it worked beautifuly, everyone knew what the pass is and we got into most sights quickly. Would definitely reccomend to others.
