AU2 tours with Extranominical gone wrong We booked x 2 tours with Extranominical and both we poorly organised. The first was meant to be the small group tour to Napa Valley and we were advised 24hr prior they didnt have enough people so we had to attend a different tour with larger numbers and less reserve wineries. The second tour was too Yosemeti and after being picked up at 5:50am we were delayed by1hr because the bus didnt have enough seats for all attendees and the aircon was leaking meaning someone couldnt sit in the front seat.

ITKind and great. All the people who assisted us during reservation and organization were kind and professional. Our driver and guide David has been simply great. Thank you all.

GBOnce-in-a-life experience The round transit between San Francisco to Yosemite was comfortable and punctual. The spots they let us know were all satisfactory. I love how quickly and promptly communicate on email and telephone. Thanks

GBGood experience Good experience. We were picked up at Hilton Union Square at 6 AM. The trip is ideal for someone who wishes to visit Yosemite but does not have the time to stay over. Through the tour the guide (In our case David) takes you to various photo points/breath taking locations. Post that, one goes on the Giant Sequoia trail (it's a slightly uphill walk back - but should be fine even for those with moderate health) David our guide was wonderful, keeping us all engaged throughout the tour. He makes sure to guide through the tour, accompanying us on the Giant Sequoia walk. He even put on a movie on the way back showcasing a climber on the El Capitan at Yosemite. Truly cares about the customer's experience. Overall, this trip is for you if you are short on time/want a quick visit to Yosemite. However, in case you are looking to explore at a more leisurely pace would suggest you make the journey on your own.
