We had booked a short break to London and due to a family bereavement had to cancel our date. When I notified Travel compendium wishing to change, they notified the hotel and organised a voucher to be used at our convenience. I can only praise the prompt and professional manner I was dealt with. Thank You

Excellent trip to ABBA Voyage Excellent trip to ABBA Voyage. The hotel was top rate, very convenient for London sightseeing, breakfasts very good quality and lots of choice, staff very pleasant and helpful. Convenient coach drop off and pick up at the venue. The guys on the bus were very pleasant.

Brilliant experience but initial information could be improved Booked train tickets to London without being absolutely sure when the show actually was. I also wrongly assumed we would be picked up from the Crowne Plaza Kings Cross. In reality the show was at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon and we had to make our own way to the pick up point near Victoria Station. The full details of the deal where not fully explained and only became apparent a few weeks before. Having said that the coach was luxurious and the show itself was fabulous. All together well worth the money as it was well organised.
