Madeline Landherr and Jeff Austin hands down are the best. There was a little hiccup with my reservation, but Jeff made it right. He went above and beyond. I like being able to look up the… I like being able to look up the locations and decide where I want to go. The way it was when I went on my first vacation. It was way easier. My agent I have no complaints but I enjoy navigating the different destinations and picking my own package verses the agent sending me potentials.
