Ease of Reservation. i was able to go online follow all prompts and complete my reservation in under 5 minutes.

Did not disclosed the carry on bag fee… Did not disclosed the carry on bag fee up front. Only gave information after the booking. This charges for the airfare become more expensive then good airlines as they charged for carry on backpack as well the seat. both charges are substantial higher then other airlines. YOU MUST DICLOSED THIS CHARGES BEFROE THE BOOKING SO WE CAN MAKE A BETTER DICISSION.
