Avianca dice que avisaron a latinofare pero ellos nunca me comunicaron. Estoy haciendo los reclamos a avianca y latinofare. They changed my travel day and never notified me. My trip had to be on the 17th at 2:45am and they changed it to the 19th. Avianca says they notified Latinofare but they never contacted me. I am making claims to Avianca and Latinofare.

Warning. Bad company Warning.! This is a bad company they have the nerves to answer right away if you need a ticket b it if you want to make a change they never want to answer. I had a woman answered right away thinking I was purchasing a ticket she immediately without talking to me transfer me to the other waiting line 😡 were I never got an answer 3 times for 48 minutes.
