GBFirst after my booking First after my booking, my credit card didn't go through, so I called customer service. There were some issues about the charge of the transaction. Then after there was an error charge. However, the problem was solved with the operation manager, Jason Garcia. It was helpful. I am happy about the service and how the manager cares for his customers.

GBi do not recommend this site! i do not recommend this site,it does not do what it says about selling airline tickets. I bought a round-trip ticket to São Paulo Boston for my friend Francisca Ines de Siqueira! I paid $1,349.20 for the ticket! I paid 331.00 dollars to avoid a fine if I needed to change the day of return to São Paulo. I needed to change the return day, I called the Fareboom agent and he told me that I would have to pay 489.00 dollars. I asked about the amount I had already paid for the ticket. He said I would have to pay $489 after that amount and my card was still charged $279 by Delta! I'm disappointed, I felt deceived by this Fareboom site!
