Guide was informative and knew good job. Guide was informative and made sure group participated making tour interesting. Due to broken lift Mohamed our guide, was aware of senior members of the group having to stand for long periods of time. He suggested sitting whilst keeping position in line. He did well under circumstances. Queing was an issue.

No refund for mistake booking 5min ago I booked a train ticket by mistake on the wrong direction. 5 min after paying I realised my mistake. Call costumer service and was denied refund or exchange of ticket because of policy. I am amazed how a company like this has such low ethics when dealing with their costumers. It as literally 5 min and a genuine mistake. Well done Headout.

This was a very nice experience This was a very nice experience, we enjoyed it! Our driver Soni, was very friendly and kind. The Dune Bashing was the best experience, very nice drive! In the Camp was all kind of food, and everything was delicious. The evening program was also very entertaining. Thank you for this nice experience.
