Seriously disappointed Bought tickets with Gocity and planned our city break. The day before we were due to go we had emails to tell us the attractions which we had booked were not available due to “an unforeseen logistical incident “ . It transpires that this incident was that they hadn’t acquired enough tickets. Therefore we were not able to visit either attraction - both of which were the main points of going to visit this city. The customer service when I tried to get some help was appalling. I would strongly recommend booking independently so you’re not disappointed by this useless company. We’re heartbroken that we have gone all this way and not seen what we came for. ( The alternative date offered was for after we had arrived home😢)

GoCity Saved Us Money Service and app are great and saved a lot of money, instead of booking individually. We found we couldn't use it in Rome, as we waited to late and everything we wanted was booked, but we were quickly refunded. My only issue is the trip planning feature in the app doesn't take into account event times and closed days, so not very helpful.

Good value! Good value of the GoCity pass (I had a 3-day pass), I made a profit of approximately $180! Bad customer service, i emailed a question and never got an answer!

Some confusion, still a great experience There were discrepancies on the website - I was under the impression you had a 10 day period that you could use x number of days, depending on the pass. So that was frustrating to find out that wasn’t true. However, the pass had quality adventures on it and was easy to use. I would highly recommend looking into it!

Go your way When you compare the different prices on the official sites , when you know that you have to wait in " Priority queues " longer than normal ones , when you know that you won´t have the possibility of choosing the sunset times when you reserve time visits ( no offers between 5.45pm and 8.15pm ) to visit the main attractive buildings in NYC, next time you won´t choose these kinds of passes but you will do the different reservations by yourselves . The only advantage is to be paid back when trip is cancelled ( not sure when reading the comments...) . The last thing that borders with dishonesty is that a visit totally free ( Cathedral St Patrick for example is counted for one visit like the Top of the Rock ) . Now you know...
