GBJust got back from our trip to…Thailand/Singapore Just got back from our trip to Thailand/Singapore. The hotel accommodations were very nice especially the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok hotel in Bangkok. All of our guides were very accommodating and quite knowledgable. The elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai and the Phi Phi Island excursions in Phuket were definitely highlight material. We added Singapore as a side trip. We had a guide for one day as part of the tour. Our guide agreed to do an extra day and half of guiding for us which was very helpful. The hawker stands in both countries were great. Once again we had a great experience with Ritz Tours and would highly recommend this trip. Our travel agent, Lilian, as in our past trips did a great job of arranging our trip! Tom

GBTrip was well planned Trip was well planned. Covering London, Paris, Lucerne Switzerland, Rome, Venice, and several other locations in Italy, was quite remarkable in just under 2 weeks. Hotels were very nice. Some of the included meals could have been better, but the fact that so many were included was a plus. Transport from place to place could not have been better. Train and motor coach was a great way to see each country. Overall,

GBOur private tour of Thailand was really… Our private tour of Thailand was really good in quality and value. The flights were on schedule. The hotels are highly rated and centrally located. The included meals are varied and delicious even with the restaurants in the local areas visited. The tour guides and drivers were very friendly, helpful and dedicated to their jobs. Their services exceptional. Of course, there is always room for improvement. But Ritz Tours is surely one of the best around that we have tried. We will use it again and recommend it our relatives and friends.

GBRitz had great plans for our food… Ritz had great plans for our food experience. We visited many religious site and touristy venues. Due to weather we missed views and Mt Fuji hike. Hotels were good but worst one was in Kyoto. Tour guide excellent bus drivers good. We could've had fewer shrines and one people to people experience. Rather hectic pace and so much walking.
