GBWonderful China Adventures With Ritz Tours Ritz Tours paired our tour group to China with a 5-star rated tour guide Ocean whose extensive experience and expertise navigated us through the various sights and attractions on our 16-Days Scenic Yangtze Discovery Tour. Ocean is very responsive to our needs, customizing and catering to the varying needs of different members in our 10-member tour group, making each one feeling like a VIP. The hotels are top-notch, the variety of meals are delicious, and the cruise ship Victoria Sabrina is world-class, and the local guides are very knowlegeable and friendly. Although tiring as we zip through so many cities and attractions, Ritz Tours has given us a very memorable and wonderful experience. I will gladly recommend Ritz Tours to my friends and family members and mention Ocean as the person to choose as their tour guide. Kudos to Ritz Tours!

GBA definite bucket list tour but must be able to endure lotsssssss of walking!!!! There were many operational disappointments with the tour which included lack of communication of pertinent info from ritz rep (Olga) and the tour organizer (grace)…. Many of us had never been out of the country before and communication of pertinent info was only done when initiated by the traveler…. It took days once we arrived in europe to even know who ‘Grace’ was! She could have made herself more visible…. Many questions asked of Olga were pushed off to Grace who ghosted us! This trip involved an EXTENSIVE Amt of walking and his disclosure should b shared in the tour description! Overall the you itself was a chance of a lifetime!!!

GBMy tour to Taiwan was great My tour to Taiwan was great, albeit, a little rushed. The accommodations were very good. The language skill of the tour guide can be improved. The agent that helped us book the tour, Lillian, is caring and professional. Overall, it was a good value for the tour.

GBTrip was well planned Trip was well planned. Covering London, Paris, Lucerne Switzerland, Rome, Venice, and several other locations in Italy, was quite remarkable in just under 2 weeks. Hotels were very nice. Some of the included meals could have been better, but the fact that so many were included was a plus. Transport from place to place could not have been better. Train and motor coach was a great way to see each country. Overall,
