Will never use again Wow, be careful of this company, they misspell names, birthdays, and travel times. They get the name and birthdate correct on the departure but not the return. They also left out the bundle package which was paid for a check bag. Use them if you wish but be cautious because you may not get on your flight as TSA inspection of your ID will not match your ticket.

After a fiasco of hours on the phone After a fiasco of hours on the phone prior to the trip because I had counted my 2 year old as a lap baby…they changed our flight time completely, etc. to fix it. We had a total of 4 planes for our trip, and 2 layovers. When we went to check in the first flight we were told (not very nicely) that our 2 month old lap baby was not on anything on their side. So even though I had put all our information on our end, it was never communicated to the actual airlines. EVERY SINGLE PLANE it was a fiasco at boarding of waiting for them to fix it and RUNNING to make it on the plane. We also had to double pay for baggage even though we had already done that. Another customer on the flight mentioned they had to double pay as well and they used flymatrix. So not sure on that who is to blame.
