GBThe website doesn't allow you to easily… The website doesn't allow you to easily change your details, such as address *( we moved) your phone number ( now only have mobile#), merge customer numbers ( my error I created a new one before I realized I already had one). Details about some of the hotels offered are scant ( do they have parking?)
