Confirmed after 5 hours I made a reservation and they charged my card immediately, although I didn't receive any confirmation. The voucher finally came after almost 5 hours. I think they just take this time to confirm with the hotel. After reading these reviews I got nervous and called the hotel, they confirmed my reservation is fine, so it's not a scam.

WhatsApp is not responding at all even though they claim they would immediately respond in 5 mins. I felt extremely frustrated. And I thought it was definitely a scam and wanted to warn anyone even if it showed on Google hotel search.
