Two week trip to Buenos Aires & Mendoza planned by Zicasso Zicasso planned our 2 week trip to Buenos Aires & Mendoza. Everything worked as planned: 3 very good hotels, vineyard tours, and all the transfers with a private car: airports to & from hotels and a final transfer from Santiago Airport to Valparaiso cruise port. The service from Mariana was excellent and she was very patient, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the planning stage. The package price was very fair.

In addition, the Zicasso customer care representative reviewed the selection process and how best to work with the tour guides to get the exact trip we wanted.
