The travel specialists we were matched with were all very good but the ones we chose really understood our unique style with boutique hotels, knowledgeable guides, cultural experiences and great food and wine. We will always use Zicasso to help us find the right people for first time visits to new countries. Highly recommended.

Recent trip to Morocco I recently made a 10 day trip to Morocco through Zicasso. It was a trip of lifetime, and something that I will never forget. All of the logistical issues, along with my personal preferences were discussed openly, with always a quick reply. Everything from my driver to the guides supplied to my accomodations were just wonderful. I also had the great fortune to make what I am sure to become lifelong friendships. Working with Zicasso was truly a cooperative experience, and totally wonderful.

Matchmaker for Morocco Zicasso provided 2 great tour guides as possibilities for our trip. In addition, the Zicasso customer care representative reviewed the selection process and how best to work with the tour guides to get the exact trip we wanted. Both tour providers were top notch and it was difficult to make a decision. However, we did select one and had a fabulous trip!

Custom tours are the only way to go. Everything went smoothly on this trip. All of the suggested tours and locations were perfect with the exception of the lantern making. It looked like a fun activity but it was just doing an arts and crafts project that we couldn’t bring home. The local tour partners were knowledgeable, flexible and truly there to make sure we had the best experiences. We especially appreciated having a chat open with the local company and frequent check ins that all was going well. We were glad to have a couple of free days but chose to fill it with private tours doing things specific to our likes.

Two week trip to Buenos Aires & Mendoza planned by Zicasso Zicasso planned our 2 week trip to Buenos Aires & Mendoza. Everything worked as planned: 3 very good hotels, vineyard tours, and all the transfers with a private car: airports to & from hotels and a final transfer from Santiago Airport to Valparaiso cruise port. The service from Mariana was excellent and she was very patient, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the planning stage. The package price was very fair.
