GBA great experience Really it's a great experience dealing with Indian eagle team. My flight got cancelled on 27th April, I have an emergency.. GBThe customer service was good… The customer service was good particularly Rishikesh put good efforts in securing the tickets I wanted. All the other employees I talked to, were good also. Just one thing to point out to Indian Eagle as a company, that they should put more emphasize on training for their employees as some of them have sometimes no idea how to respond without solid info. I do not blame them though. Well, thanks for the service.
