GBThe customer service was good… The customer service was good particularly Rishikesh put good efforts in securing the tickets I wanted. All the other employees I talked to, were good also. Just one thing to point out to Indian Eagle as a company, that they should put more emphasize on training for their employees as some of them have sometimes no idea how to respond without solid info. I do not blame them though. Well, thanks for the service.

I was looking for multi city departure and arrival, so he helped to find one-way deals rather than booking a costly round trip.
