Excellent customer service by Radesh Had a great experience booking through Indian Eagle. Shoutout to Radesh as he went above and beyond in finding me the conveninent flight. Radesh was very proactive in sending me multiple flight options as per my request and proactively blocked the fare before it was sold out. Thank you and Indian Eagle for doing a great job in booking my trip.

The customer service was good… The customer service was good particularly Rishikesh put good efforts in securing the tickets I wanted. All the other employees I talked to, were good also. Just one thing to point out to Indian Eagle as a company, that they should put more emphasize on training for their employees as some of them have sometimes no idea how to respond without solid info. I do not blame them though. Well, thanks for the service.

A great experience Really it's a great experience dealing with Indian eagle team. My flight got cancelled on 27th April, I have an emergency..
