Good service, but can be better. Sandip was very helpful in identifying the best alternative and cost-effective option. Only suggestion I have for Indian Eagle is to make the actual price reflect online asap. I am seeing a price online and when called, I am being told the price is no longer available.

A great experience Really it's a great experience dealing with Indian eagle team. My flight got cancelled on 27th April, I have an emergency.. The customer service was good… The customer service was good particularly Rishikesh put good efforts in securing the tickets I wanted. All the other employees I talked to, were good also. Just one thing to point out to Indian Eagle as a company, that they should put more emphasize on training for their employees as some of them have sometimes no idea how to respond without solid info. I do not blame them though. Well, thanks for the service.
