A great experience Really it's a great experience dealing with Indian eagle team. My flight got cancelled on 27th April, I have an emergency.. But the indian eagle team especially Mohit n Ricky helped me a lot in booking another flight. Without their help, it is not possible for me to solve my problem.. many thanks Indian eagle team

The customer service was good… The customer service was good particularly Rishikesh put good efforts in securing the tickets I wanted. All the other employees I talked to, were good also. Just one thing to point out to Indian Eagle as a company, that they should put more emphasize on training for their employees as some of them have sometimes no idea how to respond without solid info. I do not blame them though. Well, thanks for the service.

Excellent customer service by Radesh Had a great experience booking through Indian Eagle. Shoutout to Radesh as he went above and beyond in finding me the conveninent flight. Radesh was very proactive in sending me multiple flight options as per my request and proactively blocked the fare before it was sold out. Booked using an agent Jeevith Booked using an agent Jeevith, he was very patient and tried multiple itinerary, before finalizing trip. I was looking for multi city departure and arrival, so he helped to find one-way deals rather than booking a costly round trip. I would highly recommend using Indian Eagle services for travel booking.

Chakri was awesome! Chakri was awesome. He answered all my questions and helped me book my flight. The price was cheaper than booking directly from the airline's website. I would definitely recommend using Indian Eagle.
