GBThe customer service was good… The customer service was good particularly Rishikesh put good efforts in securing the tickets I wanted. All the other employees I talked to, were good also. Just one thing to point out to Indian Eagle as a company, that they should put more emphasize on training for their employees as some of them have sometimes no idea how to respond without solid info. I do not blame them though. Well, thanks for the service.

GBI had a pleasant experience getting my… I had a pleasant experience getting my tickets booked with Customer Service Agent - Neethu. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was patient and went through flight tickets to get me the best deal for my flight. I appreciate Neethu and her competence in helping me get my tickets in a smooth and seamless way. Kudos, Neethu.

GBGood service, but can be better. Sandip was very helpful in identifying the best alternative and cost-effective option. Only suggestion I have for Indian Eagle is to make the actual price reflect online asap. I am seeing a price online and when called, I am being told the price is no longer available.

GBFantastic personal customer service Danny was on call ~30 mins, walking thru each and every step upto payment, then confirmation email. He was patient and answered all my follow up questions. Definitely a 5 star and why I'll return to use Indian Eagle service for future bookings.
