It was my first time experience booking tickets through Indian Eagle and I must say this is certainly a Team of serious people who are there to help out and offer you a best deal. Keerthi helped me finding the optimal dates and flights and also saved me good amount compared to the Airline prices. Very professional in follow-ups and updates.

The customer service was good… The customer service was good particularly Rishikesh put good efforts in securing the tickets I wanted. All the other employees I talked to, were good also. Just one thing to point out to Indian Eagle as a company, that they should put more emphasize on training for their employees as some of them have sometimes no idea how to respond without solid info. I do not blame them though. Well, thanks for the service.
