GBGood service, but can be better. Sandip was very helpful in identifying the best alternative and cost-effective option. Only suggestion I have for Indian Eagle is to make the actual price reflect online asap. I am seeing a price online and when called, I am being told the price is no longer available.

GBA great experience Really it's a great experience dealing with Indian eagle team. My flight got cancelled on 27th April, I have an emergency.. But the indian eagle team especially Mohit n Ricky helped me a lot in booking another flight. Without their help, it is not possible for me to solve my problem.. many thanks Indian eagle team

GBThe customer service was good… The customer service was good particularly Rishikesh put good efforts in securing the tickets I wanted. All the other employees I talked to, were good also. Just one thing to point out to Indian Eagle as a company, that they should put more emphasize on training for their employees as some of them have sometimes no idea how to respond without solid info. I do not blame them though. Well, thanks for the service.
