Good service, but can be better. Sandip was very helpful in identifying the best alternative and cost-effective option. Only suggestion I have for Indian Eagle is to make the actual price reflect online asap. I am seeing a price online and when called, I am being told the price is no longer available.

Excellent customer service by Radesh Had a great experience booking through Indian Eagle. Shoutout to Radesh as he went above and beyond in finding me the conveninent flight. Radesh was very proactive in sending me multiple flight options as per my request and proactively blocked the fare before it was sold out. The customer service was good… The customer service was good particularly Rishikesh put good efforts in securing the tickets I wanted. All the other employees I talked to, were good also. Just one thing to point out to Indian Eagle as a company, that they should put more emphasize on training for their employees as some of them have sometimes no idea how to respond without solid info. I do not blame them though. Well, thanks for the service.

Radesh is a magician I worked with Radesh for booking of 2 flight tickets and the experience was simply wonderful. He is very knwledgeable and understood what I want. He searched a deal which was 20% lower price than all the flight booking websites like Kayak/Expedia/Flight Hub/Oojo. It was unbeleivable job. Thanks Radesh again!
