Incredible experience Incredible experience. I expected a typical byzantine hassle and was so happy I didn't. When I called a human picked up, a real live human. The staff walked me through every step via phone and email. They made everything EASY when we went in, even allowing my family to go in and out of the building to get needed documents (psa: parking is HARD so leave extra time if you're driving :) ) I actually look forward to our next passport renewal!
