Incredible experience Incredible experience. I expected a typical byzantine hassle and was so happy I didn't. When I called a human picked up, a real live human. The staff walked me through every step via phone and email. They made everything EASY when we went in, even allowing my family to go in and out of the building to get needed documents (psa: parking is HARD so leave extra time if you're driving :) ) I actually look forward to our next passport renewal!

They were very patient with us and they made sure that there is no error in any of the applications that we filled out. I can’t say enough or give adequate… I can’t say enough or give adequate praise to the entire staff. I was worried about not having enough I.D. Verification and am traveling to Europe in two weeks.
