Sergio was a super star. What an experience he gave us. Sergio Martinez was extremely patient and did some magic and he truly found us an amazing deal!!! We could, literally, never have been able to find this on our own, and we tried, lol. We had an amazing experience and we are already referring him to all of our friends.

Good service but confusing Elijah was very good. I appreciate his helpfulness. It was a bit confusing when I got several calls from different ones, Henri, and another lady regarding the same request and it might have been my error. I was a bit thrown off that my agent is tipped according to service, as that has never been an option. I appreciate a heads up regarding that, but he was worth the tip. I completed my booking and hopefully everything will be set for smooth traveling.
