James Knight was our point of contact from the beginning to the end of the process, and he was incredible! It was kind of a long process due to some unforeseen circumstances on our end, however James was helpful and patient every step of the way, took my calls anytime I had questions. Our flight crew and dedicated customs agent were polite and helpful and made the whole trip a breeze. The flight itself was quiet and comfortable, a real pleasure.
