Fantastic Trip - Worth Every Penny From start to finish, Donna and her team went above and beyond to make our trip to Rwanda the trip of a lifetime. We paid less than we would have by booking each activity and accommodation on our own, and had someone there to support us, answer any questions, and make last minute arrangements. We have referred several friends to them already and will continue to do so. Thanks Gorilla Safari Company!

Terrific Trip Everyone in The Gorilla Safari Company office was extremely nice, organized, and helpful. I'm glad I arrived a day early to sleep-in and visit the nearby chimpanzee sanctuary. I had terrific, knowledgeable, eagle-eyed guides. We found chimps in the wild after about an hour and gorilla's (truly a once in a lifetime experience) in just a half-hour. With the high altitude, climbing up / out of the rain forest was much tougher than I anticipated. Our safari vehicle was nicer than one's I've previously been in. But a word to the wise, bring along a hemorrhoid ring to sit on (you'll find out why once you're on Uganda roads).

The Gorilla Safari Company booked my… The Gorilla Safari Company booked my lodging and activities for a private trip to Rwanda and Uganda and a group tour in Tanzania. The private trip was amazing. The driver/guide, Patrick, was with me every step of the way, including joining me for meals. On the group tour of Tanzania there were 8 travelers in 2 safari jeeps. The accomodations, food and activities were first rate. The office staff (Donna, Amanda, Kate) attended to every detail and were incredibly responsive in answering all of my questions via either email or phone prior to departure and during the trip.

A bike tour near Kampala We had a limited amount of time and wanted an excursion outside of Kampala, Uganda. The Gorilla Safari Company designed a perfect tour for us partnering with a bike tour company in Jinja, Uganda. We saw a local community, a fishing port and Lake Victoria. Our guide picked us up at our hotel in Kampala and explained the landscape, economy and history of the area we toured.

Adventure of a lifetime! Working with Donna & Amanda was seamless from start to finish! They arranged the most amazing trip! Uganda is full of wonderful animals, colorful birds and kind people. Amos, our guide, was knowledgeable and funny and I left my safari with 3 new friends! I’ve not mentioned the gorillas because words cannot describe these amazing creatures. I’m SO thankful I was able to take this adventure!!
