A wonderful vacation experience When I first decided to go on a tour of Cornwall I chose Dacey’s Tours because they provided transportation from London, they were a small group tour and they were visiting hard-to-get-to locations that I had always wanted to see. Upon joining the tour I found out that I was also getting three great guides who want to share their love of Cornwall, a wonderful group of fellow travelers, fine accommodations, delicious food, a varied and interesting itinerary and a great vacation. The best part was getting to visit the MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH IN THE WHOLE WORLD.

Dacey's Cornish Tour is amazingly encompassing Dacey's Cornish Tour is amazingly encompassing.. David himself is very knowledgeable , and knows the history and stories of every Town. A small Group,in a small bus, enables everyone to share all the experiences, to their own ability and wish. There was usually a choice of an amble around, or a longer, more serious walk, or simply to self explore. As long as you were back at the bus on time! Highlights for me were the statuary garden at the Barbara Hepworth House, and the wonderful Minack Theatre. And David had incredibly good seating there, for all of us. The highlight for my Friend was to be in port Isaac, where Doc Martin is filmed. This is still a working fishing village, and by the way, the Pub here has the best Cornish Pasties ! There is something important to see, every day. All the Hotels have comfortable rooms, and very good included breakfasts. This Tour of Cornwall is very good value, extremely varied and interesting. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who really wants to see that part of England

This was an amazing trip through Cornwall. This was an amazing trip through Cornwall lead by tour director David Warner. His attention to detail and the sites we visited made this trip memorable. I loved the small group size (max 14) as it led to a more intimate experience. We visited so many villages in Cornwall, each unique, we saw castles, historic sites and were able to wander at our leisure throughout the villages. David gave us guidance but then we had time to wander at our pace. It was a great mix of planned and free time. We stayed at first class hotels and ate lots of wonderful food. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a deeper dive into the UK and especially the Cornwall area. I enjoyed this tour so much I am planning on doing his Tour 2 itinerary in the next year or so.

Fantastic experience in a great area of England I would consider this to be a great tour. The tour guide (David), who has lived in the area, has an obvious love of Cornwall and is anxious to share the beauty with others. The van drivers (Ed and Steve) added to the fun of the drives. Both men live in the area and can share stories (and jokes) about the areas. I loved that David would take you to a place, tell you about the area, give suggestions and then let you go and explore (or not) on your own. My husband and I are hikers so we hiked and walked as much as possible. Others in our group were shoppers and they could spend time doing what they enjoyed. You can make this vacation exactly the type of vacation you want!! The hotels were comfortable, clean and very "European" (don't expect a king sized bed). We loved every place we stayed not only for the atmosphere of the inns, but for the great food!! Here are some things that I loved about the area: the food was delicious, I mean REALLY delicious, the scenery was breath taking, the people (everywhere) were incredibly nice, the hiking, shopping and pubs were plentiful and delightful. I could go on and on. I don't know how I lucked upon this tour, but I feel like I hit the jackpot when we signed up for it. I saw an area of England that is not heavily touristy but some of the most beautiful countryside I have ever experienced. Thank you David for offering this tour!!!
