Great travel booking experience This was my first travel agency based booking experience in over 10 years. Akriti from the Sales team was great and helped with our booking. The experience was pleasantly refreshing, the team was reassuring across various booking steps and they are available when you need them. As an improvement area, I would suggest making the payment experience less more streamlined.
