Magical tour across Balkans with Via Tours Croatia My wife and I had a magical tour across 4 Balkan countries over 9 days arranged by Via Tours Croatia who organized everything and took care of every detail -and included a few nice surprises along the way (a couples massage in Budva, a boat ride on Lake Ohrid among others!). Paula was super and checked in on us daily and was always helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this tour company and the tour we took as we had an amazing time!

Excellent experience... I have used Via Tours Croatia twice now this summer. Each experience has been seamless for the clients and they provide strong value for their services. Their team is responsive, polished, and organized. The planning correspondences were very easy, and processing payments is electronic and effortless. On the ground, their local contacts are thorough. I will continue using Via Tours and I would recommend other advisors work with them. AND...they only work with travel agents so there is never any conflict of interest.

As a Virtuoso travel advisor I’m always… As a Virtuoso travel advisor I’m always selective about who I work with on a customized travel itinerary for clients. Sometimes the true test of an excellent partner is when the planning process is not smooth. This was the case with a recent client trip. No matter what challenges my clients threw at me (& there were a lot) Via Croatia & Virna in particular, was undeterred & committed to finding an excellent solution quickly. They were a true partner always making me look good. In the end, the clients were thrilled with their trip. I don’t believe I could have pulled off such a successful trip with anyone else as a partner.

All in all a great trip All in all a great trip. The boat part was the best of many great experiences. Really nice accommodations and food. The crew were friendly and efficient, and did their best to ensure our comfort and enjoyment to the fullest. We loved all the stops along the way. The land portion of the trip was enjoyable and interesting, and the accommodations were first class.There are two things I would have changed. First, we would not have gone on the Montenegro tour. The ride from Dubrovnik and return was too long for the reward. I think a free day would have been better for us. Which leads me to a second point. While all the excursions were enjoyable, we would have liked more free time to explore on our own. Kathy, our leader could not have been any better. She was always attentive to our needs and answering our many questions along the way regarding what we had done and what was coming up. Thank you, Kathy
