We had a WWII theme for our trip, and it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. EA Tours was very accommodating to our objectives and took care of every detail--especially when United Airlines threw us a curveball by cancelling our flight! We learned a lot and had lots of fun! Thank you EA Tours for a wonderful trip!

EA tours provided excellent service… EA tours provided excellent service both before. And during our trip. Accomadations , guides and tours are first rate. Our school has been using EA tours for our annual European trip for many years and our students have always had amazing experiences.

EA Tours took good care of us on our… EA Tours took good care of us on our trip to Washington, D.C. The hotel accommodations were excellent as well as the bus transfers that toured us from place to place throughout the city. The tour representative assigned to us was very kind and attentive to all of our needs. And the staff at the EA offices are very professional and determined to make our travel experience the best it could be.

Our trip was wonderful Our trip was wonderful. We enjoyed the many interesting sites and events on the tour. Some of the trip logistics could be improved. At the airport those whose luggage came off the carousel near the end were left waiting and unsure of what to do, while those whose luggage came off first were taken to the coach. At times the stops for food and bathrooms were not well thought out; facilities too small to accommodate everyone. Overall we were very pleased and we would definitely go on an EA Tour again.

I will be more thorough next time I use EA Tours I did not do original booking, so many needs were not addressed in initial planning. I also felt like many days passed before emails were returned. We had issues with travel that my parents knew about before EA tours did - in short, I felt as if we were an afterthought throughout the entire experience and at times an inconvenience. Other groups from my school have had excellent experiences with EA Tours, but this was not.
