Opulent means Opulent With This Company. We used Opulent Africa as our booking agent to three different tented camps in Tanzania, Africa. Everything went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied with all the arrangements John the owner and his staff made for us. The camps were outstanding, the drivers were knowledgeable and personable. The food was excellent throughout the trip. There were no problems with check ins or pickups during the trip. This was especially satisfying because it involved being picked up at the airport. Transported to a hotel. Transported to three different camps. Flown to the Northern Serengeti and flown back again on bush planes. By the time we were done we had traveled almost 2000km and no problems. Everything was on time and no problems with reservations at all.

East Africa We absolutely loved our trip to Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania...from the gorillas to the chimps and everything in-between! Our guides were so personable, knowledgeable, and such good wildlife finders. All of our lodges were charming with such hospitable staff. The Gorilla Safari Company/Opulent Africa customized our trip to pack it full of wildlife for us. They know and love Africa and care so much about what they do. My husband and I were able to travel with my sister and her husband, and we have memories to last a lifetime. Thank you John, Amanda, and Jill!

How thrilling this trip was How thrilling this trip was! We could relax as well as learn. Our truly excellent guides took such good care to be sure we saw amazing things, from giraffes mating (not easy!) to the intense wildebeest migration. Also our accommodations were first-rate and the food was delicious and sometimes involved seeing the sunset by a lake with drinks in hand!

The Happy Ten!! We are a group of 10 who traveled to Kenya and Tanzania for Safari Aug, 2022 using Opulent Africa. The planning and coordination of this bucket list trip was seamless. Incredible Honeymoon… We had the most incredible honeymoon (Safari, Cape Town, and Franschhoek) thanks to the team at Opulent Africa. We left right after our wedding, so we had no time to really think about the details of the trip, but we didn’t have to! Everything was planned so perfectly from the lodging, to the transfers, several flights, and recommendations. The itinerary explained everything in the perfect amount of detail!
