Excellent Tour, Professionally conducted making it a memorable one ! We had a wonderful tour - Fabulous Scandinavia. Everything went on well and the tour was conducted in a professional manner. The tour leader was Mr. Rafael and he did a superb job. Besides, Mr. keith from Borealis Destination Management was very helpful. The climate was pleasant throughout the tour and places visited are very scenic and real treat to our eyes. The tour booking and arrangements was done thru Mr. Alex Vilkevich of East West Travels (BRIDGES UNLIMITED INC. 18518 Bothell Way NE, Ste B, Bothell WA 98011). Though the request was sent very late, he handled it courtesouly and professionally and his efforts were really outstanding, without which our tour would not have been possible. Overall, it is an excellent trip and a memorable one and is highly recommended !

Kari Haraldsson of Mink Travel is Best Guide/Driver Ever! Anna at Nordic Saga arranged for Kari Haraldsson of Mink Travel to be the private guide and driver for my son and I in Iceland for three days in February, 2018. He was the best guide/driver that I have had in my 77 years of travel and has my highest recommendation. He spent longer than agreed with us each day in order to show us what we wished to see plus additional things we did not know about. Kari was kind and considerate, taking wonderful care of both me with some limitations at age 77 and my very active 50 year old son. He was knowledgeable, down-to-earth and funny. We really enjoyed our time with Kari.

St.Petersburg well covered in 3 days. we joined the Visa Free Tours or Ferry passengers which took the route of HELSINKI - ST. PETERSBURG - TALLINN - STOCKHOLM. we were greeted by the tour operator the moment we exit from the immigration. The 3 days arrangement were well spread out, we had enough time to visit each sights, our tour guide was knowledgeable and explains well and she managed the timing very well. The hotel we stayed in was Solo Sokos Hotel Vasilievsky, room was spacious, breakfast and service was good. We are so glad we joined this tour as we did not have to que to enter the palaces at Pushkin and Petergof. The only set back was that on the first day the tour guide who received us was different from the one that led us on day 2 and 3.

Fantasic Tour of St Petersburg We fully enjoyed our 3 day tour of St Petersburg. Having a local guide (Anna), provided a unique view of Russian life. She was the very best of guides, a wealth of information, and helped us to appreciate everything we saw. She went out of her way to provide some local colour (lunch at her favourite restaurants Katyusha and Tepemok ) and tips on buying souvenirs and cultural extras. Anna comes highly recommended. The only change I would request is that the schedule takes into account a light lunch around 12 or 1pm. Anna had to modify our schedule to provide this. Oh yes the boarding and off loading on the Princess Anastasia was terrible (took way too long and was disorganised). On the whole though a fantastic trip.

Excellent Communication I have worked with Bobby for 2 vacations, one to Norway and another to Vietnam. I gave him parameters for our needs and he made several great offerings, we chose one and modified it as well, very helpful. He never failed to answer or return a call. He did a great job when our mistake made us miss a flight, rebooking, filing for refunds and getting us on our way. I would highly recommend his services.
