Easy Tours delivers most customer service works fine when everything goes routinely. when there is a problem, you really find out what the product or service is worth. does the provider make excuses or do they really problem-solve? the ability to improvise, if necessary, or do what's inconvenient for the company but provides solace for the customer is what constitutes first class treatment. Easy Tours delivers this consistently. forget your tickets at the last stop? no problem. Chandni took part of her weekend to make sure they were found and delivered to my next destination. Get a bad cough? Mr. Singh took me to a shop to get antibiotics. drivers and guides were very good although their language skills were not always easy to understand. but what an effort they made! wonderful trip that lived up to my fullest expectations.

Easy Tours met or exceeded every goal we had established for our trip to India. We were more than satisfied with the Easy Tour team both in the US and while we traveled around India. They were attentive to our needs and travel desires to the sites we wanted to visit. Although we never met the Easy Tour Manager in India, she called me every day to check on us and make sure everything was going as planned. Absolute first class in every respect My wife and I have traveled extensively for many years. We have used the services of Easy Tours to arrange private tours in India (twice), and once in Vietnam. The attention to detail, class of accommodation, communication and personal service is in my opinion without peer. Every driver and guide was either very good or exceptional, and were willing at any time to go off the itinerary route to show us something that caught our attention. We have recommended them to all of our friends who intend travelling to the East, and should we decide to visit India (which we love) again, there is no one else we would consider!

Fantastic experience all the way around! We traveled for 2 1/2 weeks throughout northern India a year and a half ago. The trip was perfect in every way. The accommodations were amazing! Our guide was the best guide I have ever had on any trip. He was knowledgeable about every site we visited and was just an all around great guy! This agency sends thousands of people through India every year. There is nothing they don't know about or haven't experienced before. They are experts at setting up the right amount of time at each location. I enjoyed it so much I am going back again in December and taking the whole family. Absolutely one of the most fascinating countries in the world, orchestrated by a tour operator who knows this part of the world better than anyone! I can highly recommend!

Our Easy Tours travel advisor gave me all the time i wished in discussing our proposed itinerary. The guide and driver we had were professional, knowledgeable and always pleasant to be around. Easy Tours management once we were on the trip personally checked up on us a number of times to make sure we were happy and there were no issues. We felt very well cared for. Loved our trip.
