Spectacular service - particularly for tourists and first-timers Easy Tours made our trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The guides and escorts took care of everything -- our itinerary, our flights, our hotels, our transportation, our meals -- I mean everything! They were also extremely accommodating when we wanted to visit or explore places that were not originally on our itinerary. I felt extremely safe - and they provided valuable advice on how to deal with panhandlers (hint: learn how to say "no" or "no thank you" in Hindi / local language). Easy Tours met or exceeded every goal we had established for our trip to India. We were more than satisfied with the Easy Tour team both in the US and while we traveled around India. They were attentive to our needs and travel desires to the sites we wanted to visit. Although we never met the Easy Tour Manager in India, she called me every day to check on us and make sure everything was going as planned. Absolute first class in every respect My wife and I have traveled extensively for many years. We have used the services of Easy Tours to arrange private tours in India (twice), and once in Vietnam. The attention to detail, class of accommodation, communication and personal service is in my opinion without peer. Every driver and guide was either very good or exceptional, and were willing at any time to go off the itinerary route to show us something that caught our attention. Greatest tour ever! This was the best tour I have ever taken. India is a very interesting country and I was happy to have Easy Tours show us around. Easy Tours also arranged our trip to Nepal - another fascinating country. As it was a small tour group in India, it was very flexible. Our tour guide was very informed and would answer any questions we had about faith, family, history, politics, etc. We heard many details of normal life in India which made it so much more interesting. Easy Tours could not have made it any 'easier'. I have never stayed in nicer hotels in the world. We would leave the chaotic streets of India to enter a luxurious hotel oasis. I would recommend this tour company to anyone traveling to India or the other countries they tour in.
