Responsiveness in a difficult situation A planned business trip to Denmark was in jeopardy, when my connecting flight to LAX was cancelled an hour before its flight time. No other options existed to reach LAX before the international flight departed.International carriers have different policies in these types of situations. Maze, who handled my rebooking for the next flight out of LAX the following day went above and beyond to smooth out the entire process.
