Cuando les pedí ayuda para cambiar la fecha, por que NO era la fecha que yo había solicitado, me dijeron que lo harían únicamente si pago un penalidad. Incluso admitieron que fue su culpa, pero aún así me piden a mi que pague esta penalidad. Pague por un servicio, no me están dando el servicio por el que pagué, eso es ESTAFA.
