Esta compañía ESTAFA This company, Expertosenvuelo, has SCAMMED me. I bought return tickets for one date and they made the reservation with the airline on a completely different date. When I asked for help by changing the date, because it is NOT the one I requested, they told me they would do it if I paid a penalty. They even admitted that it was their fault, but still, they ask me to pay the penalty. Esta compañía, EXPERTOSENVUELO, me ha estafado. Yo compré un ticket de regreso para un fecha y ellos hicieron la reservación y compra con la aerolínea en una fecha completamente distinta. Cuando les pedí ayuda para cambiar la fecha, por que NO era la fecha que yo había solicitado, me dijeron que lo harían únicamente si pago un penalidad. Incluso admitieron que fue su culpa, pero aún así me piden a mi que pague esta penalidad. Pague por un servicio, no me están dando el servicio por el que pagué, eso es ESTAFA.
