They even admitted that it was their fault, but still, they ask me to pay the penalty. Esta compañía, EXPERTOSENVUELO, me ha estafado. Yo compré un ticket de regreso para un fecha y ellos hicieron la reservación y compra con la aerolínea en una fecha completamente distinta. Cuando les pedí ayuda para cambiar la fecha, por que NO era la fecha que yo había solicitado, me dijeron que lo harían únicamente si pago un penalidad. Incluso admitieron que fue su culpa, pero aún así me piden a mi que pague esta penalidad. Pague por un servicio, no me están dando el servicio por el que pagué, eso es ESTAFA.
