I worked with David Wilson and really appreciated his patience, diligence and kind follow-up to make sure all was in order. Don't hesitate to try these guys...worked out very well for me.

2nd booking - even better than the 1st! This is the 2nd time I have booked with Cheapticketsdeal (CTD). I have no complaints about my 1st booking but this 2nd booking was even better. I was looking at tickets for a trip to Costa Rica during the Christmas Holidays (Dec 26-Jan5) and the prices at CTD were way better than anywhere else and I'll admit I was sceptical! I started to book and then backed out because I wanted to review everything once more to see if there was something I was missing. While I was looking through everything I received a phone call from Andrew @ CTD (thanks cookies!!). Andrew wanted to see why I got so far in the booking process but left the flights in my cart unbooked. I explained that I wanted to verify the details of the flights including the ticket class and restrictions etc. Andrew was very knowledgeable and he went over everything with me. He even was able to find me a slightly better flight option (arrival was about 40min earlier with a shorter stopover) at the same price and was able to get seat selection included for me! I felt confident booking with Andrew and we went ahead and completed the booking process on the phone rather than online. Everything went smoothly, I received my etickets within about 24 hours of booking and was able to go onto the American Airlines website using the booking code provided and see my flights and seat selection. Andrew even called back the next day to make sure I received everything and that there were no errors or questions. All in all this was a very positive experience. I look forward to escaping the cold and spending some time in the sunshine of paradise this Christmas vacation!
