Williamsburg Golf Trip Again Golf Zoo has come through for me and my group. I can't say enough about how easy it is to book a trip with them, their staff (everyone I have worked with to date) is friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about not just the lodging but most importantly the golf courses and their conditions, layout, playability, pricing and accommodations. They provide a convenient and easy way to make payments, either lump sum and/or individual payments from each golfer within a large group. I have used them numerous times for trips up and down the east coast and have referred many family, friends and clients whom have experienced the same as I have. Impeccable Service - Highest rating! Due to Covid, I had to change our travel dates 3 times over the past 16 months. In addition we went from 4 to 8 and finally ended up with 6 people travelling. Each change necessitated multiple adjustments - two condos instead of one, two rental cars instead of two, and having to alter reservations for the 13 games we intended to play.(And then - as if that wasn't enough - at the last minute, 4 of us decided to stay an additional week. Another car, another condo rental, more tee time reservations). Through it all Mark Sutherland handled everything flawlessly and courteously. (It got to where the changes were so frequent that I was reluctant to call him up again, but he was always friendly, and dealt with it all efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. Thanks, Mark!

Group outing to FL Last year we worked with Mark Sutherland at Golf Zoo to plan an outing for 24 golfers to FL. Because of the COVID 19 pandemic we had to cancel at the last minute but Mark was incredible. From our first contact, Mark was great to work with. There were a lot of options to explore for such a large group and he was always responsive and helpful throughout the many twists and turns that led up to the eventual cancellation. Furthermore, in the midst of the ensuing disruption throughout FL, he was able to get complete refunds for our entire group. We were so pleased with all that Golf Zoo did for us, that we already are planning a 2021 trip with them!

Whistling StraitsTrip My wife booked a trip for me and my brother-in-law to play the four courses (Whistling Straits, Irish, Blackwolf Run River and Meadows) in Kohler Wisconsin. The tee times worked out great and all golf fees, including caddie fees, and lodging were included in the package. We did have to pay for caddie tips, but that was expected. Everything about the trip was great. The driving range and practice areas were great and the courses were in terrific condition. The caddies and staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Whistling Straits is a spectacular golf course.

A good partner for a tough gig I've planned golf outings with Craig Gordon for about six years now. But this was the trip that most resisted coming together - lots of medical and family emergencies among members of our usual crew kept shifting the roster; it was a new trip destination, meaning more to discuss about condos and courses. And then we had the kooky couple that couldn't seem to be able to pay their part of the bill. Craig remained helpful, calm and in good humor throughout. And in the end, the trip, the accommodations and courses all drew raves from the gang.
