Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in… Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in helping us to set up our itinerary for our private tour of Russia. The local agent Alena was also most helpful in getting all tickets for ballets, operas, shows, and restaurants bookings during our trip. When our flight from Kazan to St Petersburg was delayed, I texted her and she was on top of it all to make sure my connection also arranged and transfer etc. We are overall very happy with the trip, only thing that can be improved is: some of the guides' English is not as good as we would have liked.

But everything was bingo right from the start.The perfect T. From airport transfers, guides, transport services to food & miscellaneous. "Lev Tolstoy' is surely the best to sail the Volga from Moscow to St Petersburg. It has comfortable cabin space, cleanliness, onboard entertainment & wonderful cuisine. A great experience. She and her colleagues handled everything: hired vehicles, guides, tickets, ballet reservations, restaurant reservation (including roses for my wife on our anniversary). I will unquestionably use her and her company for any and all travel that they are able to help with.

Everything was exactly as the promised Everything was exactly as the promised. Pre departure paperwork and Visa was a breeze. Both guides were excellent; friendly and knew their stuff. No queueing up at entrances. The Hotels were very comfortable and food was good. I would urge anyone thinking of ticking Russia off their bucket list to use Firebird travel.

Magnificent trip to Russia Magnificent trip to Russia! I wasn't sure what to expect in Russia but whatever preconceived ideas I had wasn't what I found. Moscow was as cosmopolitan as any European city only cleaner and safer. Travel All Russia-Firebird Tours handled all the arrangements for my 10 day tour in Russia including the visa. They were quick to respond to any questions I had which were many. I highly recommend them and would use them again myself.
