Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in… Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in helping us to set up our itinerary for our private tour of Russia. The local agent Alena was also most helpful in getting all tickets for ballets, operas, shows, and restaurants bookings during our trip. When our flight from Kazan to St Petersburg was delayed, I texted her and she was on top of it all to make sure my connection also arranged and transfer etc. We are overall very happy with the trip, only thing that can be improved is: some of the guides' English is not as good as we would have liked.

The itinerary was wonderful ,the accommodation superb and we had wonderful knowledgable guides everywhere we went. Love Russia My trip to Russia was just amazing. I had no preconceived ideas of what to except. This trip was perfect in every way - accomadations, locals guides, food, churches, museums, subways, etc., and within country travels. The locals in Moscow and St Petersburg were polite, so friendly and helpful. Vladimir and Suzdal’ were an added bonus. This was such awesome life-time adventure. Far East Russia definitely the Great Outdoors !! As in the past Travel all Russia lived up to expectations.A memorable holiday but more of an "expedition" as we explored little known areas.For such a trip you need to approach everything with an open mind,everything was very different but the real pleasure was coming in contact with the real Russian people, on an ongoing basis,rather than being sheltered from them,if one was in a large group. There is no doubt that this area of Russia lives up to the real "Great Outdoors" which suited us down to the ground.

Lovely Cruise on Volga Dream Lovely Moscow to St Petersburg cruise on the Volga Dream. Food delicious, staff wonderful, activities & entertainment great. Enjoyed all the ports of call. Very busy days touring Moscow & St Petersburg. Only a small sampling of what these cities have to offer. Travel All Russia staff very helpful & patient. Would highly recommend this cruise and would feel comfortable doing other Russian trips Travel All Russia organizes.
