It was excellent starting from the quality of drivers, cars, guides and any other service you can think off. The amazing thing was that we had 2 kids and everyone was so kid friendly. Everything was exactly as the promised Everything was exactly as the promised. Pre departure paperwork and Visa was a breeze. Both guides were excellent; friendly and knew their stuff. No queueing up at entrances. The Hotels were very comfortable and food was good. I would urge anyone thinking of ticking Russia off their bucket list to use Firebird travel.

But everything was bingo right from the start.The perfect T. From airport transfers, guides, transport services to food & miscellaneous. "Lev Tolstoy' is surely the best to sail the Volga from Moscow to St Petersburg. It has comfortable cabin space, cleanliness, onboard entertainment & wonderful cuisine. A great experience.
