Everything was exactly as the promised Everything was exactly as the promised. Pre departure paperwork and Visa was a breeze. Both guides were excellent; friendly and knew their stuff. No queueing up at entrances. The Hotels were very comfortable and food was good. I would urge anyone thinking of ticking Russia off their bucket list to use Firebird travel.

Far East Russia definitely the Great Outdoors !! As in the past Travel all Russia lived up to expectations.A memorable holiday but more of an "expedition" as we explored little known areas.For such a trip you need to approach everything with an open mind,everything was very different but the real pleasure was coming in contact with the real Russian people, on an ongoing basis,rather than being sheltered from them,if one was in a large group. There is no doubt that this area of Russia lives up to the real "Great Outdoors" which suited us down to the ground.

Magnificent trip to Russia Magnificent trip to Russia! I wasn't sure what to expect in Russia but whatever preconceived ideas I had wasn't what I found. Moscow was as cosmopolitan as any European city only cleaner and safer. Travel All Russia-Firebird Tours handled all the arrangements for my 10 day tour in Russia including the visa. They were quick to respond to any questions I had which were many. I highly recommend them and would use them again myself.

Trans Siberian Journey! July 9th to 28th, 2019! Enjoyed the whole journey from St. Petersburg to Ulan Bator. Sight seeing in all places was great with many surprises to learn about the History of each place. All the guides (English speaking) were so good to explain every thing we would always remember them fondly. Kremlin Visit, Moscow Subway visit, touring many Churches, Buddhist Monasteries, Camping in the mountains in Mongolia and the exciting Train journey through Siberian wilderness would remain fresh in our Memories for ever!
