Everything was exactly as the promised Everything was exactly as the promised. Pre departure paperwork and Visa was a breeze. Both guides were excellent; friendly and knew their stuff. No queueing up at entrances. The Hotels were very comfortable and food was good. I would urge anyone thinking of ticking Russia off their bucket list to use Firebird travel.

The UNESCO private tour of Russia and… The UNESCO private tour of Russia and Kazan was truly amazing . We were thrilled with every aspect of the tour arranged by Agne for us and our two friends. The itinerary was wonderful ,the accommodation superb and we had wonderful knowledgable guides everywhere we went. Lovely Cruise on Volga Dream Lovely Moscow to St Petersburg cruise on the Volga Dream. Food delicious, staff wonderful, activities & entertainment great. Enjoyed all the ports of call. Very busy days touring Moscow & St Petersburg. Only a small sampling of what these cities have to offer. Travel All Russia staff very helpful & patient. Would highly recommend this cruise and would feel comfortable doing other Russian trips Travel All Russia organizes.

Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in… Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in helping us to set up our itinerary for our private tour of Russia. The local agent Alena was also most helpful in getting all tickets for ballets, operas, shows, and restaurants bookings during our trip. When our flight from Kazan to St Petersburg was delayed, I texted her and she was on top of it all to make sure my connection also arranged and transfer etc. We are overall very happy with the trip, only thing that can be improved is: some of the guides' English is not as good as we would have liked.
