GBRenee from Ciao Italy Tours … Renee from Ciao Italy Tours continually delivers memorable experiences for my clients traveling to Italy. I am grateful for her knowledge, accessibility and the confidence I have knowing my clients are in good hands. My client just returned this week from Ciao Italy vacation that Renee helped with and sent me the following: Hi just wanted to let you know we got home last night. Our trip was amazing. Thanks to you everything you set up for us was perfect. Everybody was professional on time. Everything went off without a hitch. Just wanted to thank you again for all your help and everything you did for us.

GBFabulous Trip to Sicily Ciao Italy did a fabulous job arranging our last minute trip to Sicily. The accommodations, tour guides and drivers that Ciao Italy arranged were amazing! The Hotel Boras was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our tour guide Marina was a wealth of knowledge and just so sweet! And our drivers were friendly, efficient and safe. I have to compliment our driver, Cenzo for not only getting us to my grandfathers village safely, but helping us locate our family there! That is something we never thought would happen. Ciao Italy soiled us and I can’t imagine planning a trip to Italy without using them again!

GBCARRANI TOURS ARE A TOTAL SCAM CARRANI TOURS ARE A TOTAL SCAM. They use HEADOUT to sell their tickets but have absolutely zero communication between the two companies. They will both just take your money then make you run around in circles, for weeks, trying to get it back.

GBOutstanding full day tour! We took tour 348609 - Grand Tour of Tuscany - Siena, Pisa and San Gimingnano - small group and it was outstanding! This tour has three stops plus a visit to Castello Sonnino winery and was one of our only tours that had fewer than the maximum number of people that was advertised. There was a wonderful guided tour in Siena plus we had time on our own in Pisa and San Gimignano. It is a long day but definitely worth it because much of the driving is through the Tuscan countryside which was absolutely beautiful. we visited Castello Sonnino in the heart of the Chianti region of Tuscany. The highlight of our visit was seeing the recently hand-harvested grapes drying to be made into Vin Santo. It was magical to witness this centuries-old production process in person.

GBConfirm with Sub-Vendors Most of the client experience that I booked through CIAO Italy was good. The couple of experiences that went bad were due to CIAO Italy not confirming with their sub-vendors that everything was all set. Both bad issues were in transportation. One local company had the wrong date for the transportation, and the other the driver got lost on a 2.1 mile ride...and the driver was a local. Not quite sure how that happens. Neither of these issues were CIAO Italy's fault, but I think they should get in the habit of confirming the information with their vendors so the clients have a smooth experience.
