The tour was minimal and included a max… The tour was minimal and included a max of 30 mins of information and talking about Machu Picchu. I did not feel like I learned very much at all, and we had no guide to tell us anything at Sungate, Inca Bridge, or while walking around the actual citadel.

I loved my trip to Peru with Good Life… I loved my trip to Peru with Good Life Expeditions. Every part of the trip was carefully thought out & arranged. The hotels were wonderful, as was the food, and our guide was absolutely great. She somehow managed to tailor each experience to individual members of the group, so everyone felt they got what they wanted. I also believe that GLE is an ethical entity, & I felt good about investing in them. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to friends.

They were very easy to locate at the airport and took the time to answer all our questions and explain our travel program for Machu Picchu. Our Good Life associate went out of their way and went to check up on us when my fellow travelers were experiencing high altitude sickness. The trip was amazing The trip was amazing! It truly was a great way to cap off an emotionally and physically exhausting week in the communities of Lima, Peru. Our tour guide, Geraldine, was a sweetheart. Informative,accessible and accommodating to all of our needs. My only suggestion is to make a pit-stop on the way back from Ica. Perhaps in Paracas again to stretch our legs and pick up any last-minute souvenirs. The 5 hour bus ride back with no breaks was hard, and hard on our driver too. We asked that they switch drivers when ours had been swerving a few too many times. Otherwise it was a perfect day. :-)
