Overall very good and helpful! Very helpful in pulling together resources into a package. I would have liked a little more transparency up front in the quotes as to the costs of the various components (and a few additional charges, like substantial taxes for the rental car), but the agent who helped me (Corey McAlpine) provided all that very willingly upon request and was very responsive to my many questions. I would also suggest that the quotes be made available for longer than two weeks. I understand they can not be held for long, but it made comparisons across time difficult, especially as I was busy at the time and not ready to commit. One other suggestion would be to make the quotes all visible at the same time, again for easier comparison, rather than only being able to see one at any time.

Since I was booking a townhome in Breckenridge for 2020 I asked Cory to visit each one and give me his impression. Without hesitation he did and sent me pictures of each unit. That’s what I consider going the extra mile!! He also lives in Breck, but still ! This is my 4th trip in two years and Corey booked them all. We enjoyed our trip for the most part We enjoyed our trip for the most part. The lodging was disappointing but tolerable. Walls are thin and we could hear noises through the walls which was very tough to sleep the first two nights. The thermostats did not work to control the strong heat as we were forced to open the window to cool the place down. Not in your control but... The bus system broke down, time schedule failed on Sunday and we were stuck at the main station bus stop (in Frisco) for two hours out in the cold weather. It was very unfortunate as we did not have any communication on the problem and frigidly uncomfortable. Next time, no studios.

Great Experience working with Randall This is my second time using Randall's (@SnowVentures) services: this time to book a 6 day ski trip to Park City. Great experience each time. Randall’s responses are prompt, and he asks the right Qs to make the entire booking process a breeze. Will be coming back to Randall for my next ski trip.

Excellent Amy is AWESOME she has booked a few of my ski trips and they have all gone amazingly smooth. Everything set up perfect from flights to shuttle and hotels have been great!
