I have had Robin as my travel… I have had Robin as my travel representative for several years. She is always very responsive and extremely professional. She always comes through for me and although I try to give her plenty of time, I sometimes fail, but she still comes through. She is a huge asset to this group.

I thought I did this already I thought I did this already. Everything was fine as far as arrangements, location, accommodations. The only disappointment we had was small children in the hot tub, some with diapers under bathing suits. Sometimes unaccompanied by adults.

Best travel experience ever! We have just returned from a month-long vacation in Great Britain. We gave Robin times and dates for when we would be in certain places, and she arranged all of our flights and hotel arrangements. Everything went beautifully. The accommodation choices she gave us were exceptional. Whenever we had a question before we left, she answered it quickly and competently. We can't wait to travel with Silver Breeze again. There were times they said they would… There were times they said they would call me back and didn’t. They didn’t explain things well in their email. Once we actually could talk things were fine.
