Family Luau We vacationed in Maui for my parents wedding anniversary. We reached out to the company since the website stated a wait list was already in place. Tyler did a wonderful job accommodating our luau adventure. We had a group of 8 which included 4 children and 4 adults. We have 4 of us with a gluten allergy. We were sent a text confirming the allergy prior to the event. Upon arriving at the luau, every person we spoke to was welcoming and enthusiastic. The 4 kids loved every moment. Our server, Amanda, was caring and kind. She took the time to share exactly what dish she was putting at the table and if it was gluten free or not. All dishes were delicious! Excellent adventures with sea wildlife A great selection of activities. We did a snorkel trip and two dive trips. Highlights for us were turtles, eels, octopus, dolphins, and mantas. Tyler helped us take care of the paperwork online in advance of the trips. Everything was easy, activities were great, and the reward points added discounts to the trips and restaurants. Our Road to Hana guide was awesome...born and raised in the area, he had lots of stories and personal anecdotes that made everything that much more enjoyable and informative. Painless process, Great rewards, Very accommodating staff! Tyler on live chat was always available and extremely helpful in every convo. He was not hesitant to bend the rules a little to accommodate us. This is for sure one of the best places to book activities in Hawaii. They rewards points program is amazing, you get so much more value out of your money thanks to Travel Shack. We booked the Stargazing Tour and the Luau at Marriot. We used the rewards to get a nice credit for our 2nd booking. And will be looking forward to use up those rewards points for the Shaved Ice, and Botanical Gardens.
