The reward program they have are great as well. The 2 activities I chose were both great experiences, the people were super nice and had a wonderful time.

Painless process, Great rewards, Very accommodating staff! Tyler on live chat was always available and extremely helpful in every convo. He was not hesitant to bend the rules a little to accommodate us. This is for sure one of the best places to book activities in Hawaii. They rewards points program is amazing, you get so much more value out of your money thanks to Travel Shack. We booked the Stargazing Tour and the Luau at Marriot. Excellent adventures with sea wildlife A great selection of activities. We did a snorkel trip and two dive trips. Highlights for us were turtles, eels, octopus, dolphins, and mantas. Tyler helped us take care of the paperwork online in advance of the trips. Everything was easy, activities were great, and the reward points added discounts to the trips and restaurants.
