Top quality customer service! Conrad and Derek were amazing from start to finish! Before leaving home, they were happy to review our plans and give us (really useful!) advice whenever asked. Their on-the-ground briefing on how to operate the RV was brilliant (and there’s a lot to take in!). They were even complete gents when I managed to scuff their pride and joy against a tree stump! Just the best rental experience ever. These guys really know their stuff and they love RVs! Top quality customer service.

We rented an LTV Wonder FTB for 5 days… We rented an LTV Wonder FTB for 5 days in order to try out RVing in general, and this model in particular. Went to Lake County to stay around the lake in a full hook-up space, and then a farm, followed by a working ranch. It was our very first trip in an RV and BlissRV made the vacation successful. They fully outfitted the RV with what we needed; we brought only clothes, toiletries, and food. They conducted a lengthy and illuminating orientation to the RV, inside and out. They were also on call 24/7 during our trip for any little thing we were unsure about. They are the one place we have consistently recommended to friends who want to have an RV experience.

Amazing experience on BlissRV! Amazing experience on BlissRV!! Wouldn't rent an RV anywhere else in the world! My family and I rented the Mercedes Serenity 2018 for a trip to Yosemite, and the rig was just like shown in the pictures: just like new, pristine, super comfortable and nice. Also, the RV came equipped with everything you could possibly think of. All included, at no extra cost. Conrad and Derek are extremely friendly and helpful, taught me everything I needed to know about the vehicle, had thought of every possible detail and were very punctual and easy to communicate with. They went beyond expectations when Conrad showed up at my place in San Francisco to bring the jacket I had accidentally left at the RV. Wouldn't hesitate to rent at BlissRV again.
