He takes his time to ensure he not only has provided the best rate, but also the connecting flights when there are some. I have work with several air ticket representatives and no one compares to Bob Anderson. Anytime I have a new customer trip, I only contact Bob. If he happens to be off on the day I call, I wait until he's back. He's just wonderful, polite, informative and knowledgeable. If I have a customer that Bob has done the work looking for the right fare, and the customer cancel, Bob just rolls with it with me. Please never let him leave.
