Overall a great experience, but... Overall a great experience. My only issue is with the van drivers who insist on carrying luggage and not wearing gloves or other protective measures (due to the Coronavirus). I did not want him to handle my bags, but he insisted and took them anyway.

Simple Airport Parking I always park here when using Pittsburgh International Airport. The staff are always friendly and efficient when getting you to and from the airport. They take your luggage from the car to the shuttle, drop you off at the airline door, unload your luggage, and you can be on your way. The pick-up from the airport process is simple and convenient as well.

As usual As usual, the entire process of parking-taking us to the airport-picking us up after our return was great. The “intake” folks who checked us in along with the bus drivers were professional and courteous. Would highly recommend you guys to all our friends.

Every time I use PIT stop they are… Every time I use PIT stop they are ALWAYS so nice. As a young female traveling solo at times, I feel safe when using PIT Stop. PLUS my car is always at the right temperature when I pick it up! Bonus for those extremely cold days or extremely hot days!
