GBExcellent safari experience Excellent safari experience. Tour manager in Kenya Christopher Musysoke one of the best tour guide and manager . Very caring ,making sure we see it all. Taking personal attention of food needs for every one, funny and informative. Very loyal to his organization too. We enjoyed it all,except few camps were kind of too hard to reach and limited amenities. Overall very nice trip.

GBGroup bookings don’t allow a category or price change Overall a good experience having booked 3-4 times with them. But remember they use group rates for bookings. This protects you from price increases (I think). But if you want to change from a Sky Suite like I booked recently and want to downgrade to Aqua then it might not be possible with a group booking. I was told even though Celebrity shows $7,000 for an Aqua cabin, the group price is more like $12,000. That’s close to what I paid for my Sky Suite. So not worth it to change. This is not about saving money. I booked a Sky Suite because I can afford it. But if I can’t make changes and we no longer get OBC then I’m not sure why I want to keep using a TA.

CASupportive follow up to the last moment. Autumn has been our cruise rep. for several years now before, during and after the COVID crisis. This included cancellations, altered bookings and follow up to almost the last day before our sailing when she made representation with RCCL on our behalf to ensure that we were not improperly billed. GBWe switched travel advisors half-way… We switched travel advisors half-way through the booking process due to non-responsiveness from the initial advisor. I wanted to look into a cabin upgrade but was "passed off" to Carnival, with no luck. I'll deal directly with the cruise company next time...
