My experience with last minute travelling This was one the easiest time I've ever had. I had a family emergency and had to get to lasvegas quick. The agent was able to get me on a flight in less than 8 hrs. He was so nice & helpful. I wii be sending everyone I know to him.

Booking A Flight I was on line trying to book my flight, which was aggravating me more & more every minute. So finally after trying for well over 2 long hours and having a stupid ass countdown to book the flight which I could NOT COMPLETE bcuz it would not take my banking account email address. It kept saying it was an invalid email. Which btw it was NOT .... SO I decided to call and by this time I have just about lost every lil patience I've ever had and I AM ONE OF THE MOST PATIENT PEOPLE THERE ARE. Well, when I called I got a very soft spoken, polite, and nice guy named David Whipe.... He automatically turned my mood around. He was very very kind, took his time with me , answered every question I had even if I repeated myself ( which I did several times ) .Mr David was very knowledgeable about all of my questions and he made me feel comfortable with continuing to book my flight as I was about to give up and just cancel the whole flight. But bcuz of Mr David I got my flight booked and I ended my call not pissed off ( sorry ) but actually being very happy and pleased....So again THANK YOU MR.DAVID WHIPE FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION ( AS I THINK YOU DID THIS FOR ME ) IF I COULD GIVE YOU 10 STARS I WOULD HAVE SIR.
